This special evening is designed for those who cherish the deep connection and subtle communication of traditional social tango. Whether you prefer a snug hold or a focused connection with your partner, the atmosphere will be tailored to the heart of the milonguero style.
Our hardwood floor with character will be alive with the sounds of the Golden Age as DJ MJ takes the booth. You can expect a curated selection of traditional tandas and cortinas, following the classic codes of the cabeceo to ensure a respectful and flowing floor for everyone. Between dances, enjoy our selection of courtesy hors d'oeuvres and beverages while you catch up with friends or meet new faces in our community.
Hosted by Mirek and Jenya under the Lifetime Tango brand, this weekly gathering has been a staple of the Sarasota dance scene since 2020. We take pride in our inclusive atmosphere, and we are always delighted to welcome out-of-town visitors and those new to the dance. There is no partner required to join the fun, as our community is known for its warmth and hospitality to dancers of all levels.
