About This Event
Illuminate your Saturday night at Tango Under the Lights on November 7, 2026, where we transform the ballroom into a relaxed, glowing sanctuary for dance. This evening is designed for those who love a warm and atmospheric setting, inviting you to lose yourself in the music as the floor radiates with a soft, ambient light. We suggest wearing something comfortable yet polished to match the easygoing and luminous mood of the night.
DJ MJ will be at the booth, curated specifically for this evening with a beautiful selection of traditional tango. The night honors the classic codes of the milonga, including the use of the cabeceo and the flow of tandas and cortinas. Our hardwood floor has its own unique character, providing the perfect foundation for every step and embrace as we maintain the traditions that have made this social gathering a Sarasota staple since 2020.
Your hosts, Mirek and Jenya, welcome everyone under the Lifetime Tango brand with genuine hospitality. Whether you are a local regular, a beginner taking your first steps, or a visitor traveling from out of town, you will find a friendly seat and a warm community waiting for you. We take pride in creating an inclusive environment where no partner is required to enjoy the magic of the dance.
